Build a knowledge Wiki from sources

Organize selected material into readable, traceable, maintainable knowledge pages.

On this page

Wiki stores organized knowledge and its sources; original material remains in the Library. Start with reliable sources on a coherent topic.

Screenshots show the Chinese application interface in a Test environment with example data.

Add material and organize it

  1. Use the add-source entry in Wiki, or the Library action that adds an item to Wiki.
  2. Select sources with extracted text and review the scope.
  3. Choose an organization model in Wiki settings and describe the emphasis.
  4. After submitting, inspect organization history and pending proposals.
  5. Open the resulting page and follow its sources back to the originals.

Adding sources does not mean the page is ready. Resolve unfinished extraction, missing models, or pending review first.

Before any Wiki pages exist, use the add button to select sources. An empty page does not indicate a failed run.

  1. 1Use the add button beside the Wiki title.
  2. 2Filter by topic after pages have been created.

Add the first sources to an empty Wiki

Before any Wiki pages exist, use the add button to select sources. An empty page does not indicate a failed run.

Configure automatic inclusion

Choose manual inclusion or automatically include newly imported sources in Wiki settings. Historical material still needs selection. Confirm that the selected model may process the content before enabling automation.

Including sources, organizing content, and applying updates are different stages. Depending on settings, verified updates that preserve existing knowledge can apply automatically. Rewrites, deletions, and conflicts require review.

Read and discuss

Find a page through topics or search, then inspect its outline and sources. State the scope when asking questions about a page. Request a proposal when you want to change the article, then review it.

Next step

Read Wiki update review, or follow the knowledge-building tutorial.

Configure model, media, and connected services as needed. See each article for requirements.
