Tutorial: turn sources into an article, podcast, or presentation

Reuse a checked outline and inspect the delivered format.

On this page

First produce a written output, then optionally create a podcast or presentation. Verify the delivered file rather than a promise made during generation.

Screenshots show the Chinese application interface in a Test environment with example data.

Prepare content and services

Choose a checked summary and its sources, and identify the audience. Configure a text model; add the appropriate speech or media services only for optional media work.

You can reuse the summary tutorial, keeping the original material as evidence.

Draft an outline and article

Select sources in the workspace and send:

Write a short introduction for a colleague new to this topic. First outline the problem, key ideas, an example, and limitations, then expand the text. Use only the selected material, keep citations, and save a Markdown file.

Review the outline before continuing. Open the file and check facts, structure, and save status.

The test task lists a generated file under Conversation files. Its name and text illustrate the location, not the result of your own exercise.

  1. 1Switch to the Files tab in the side panel.
  2. 2Choose Conversation files for files related to this conversation.
  3. 3Open the file marked Generated and check its actual content.

Check delivered documents in Conversation files

The test task lists a generated file under Conversation files. Its name and text illustrate the location, not the result of your own exercise.

Optionally create another format

For a podcast, start with the reader's podcast-generation entry, review the script, generate, and play the result. For slides, state the audience, slide count, and central point of each slide, then use an available presentation-capable tool after reviewing the outline.

Specify the required file format. Without the corresponding service, retain the script or outline without describing it as a completed audio or presentation file.

Verify the actual output

  • Article: reopen the Markdown file and inspect paragraphs and citations.
  • Podcast: play it and check the beginning, ending, and important numbers.
  • Presentation: inspect every slide for ordering, overflow, and sources.
  • All outputs: confirm the save location and find the file again from its originating task.

Save and review again after changes instead of checking only the initial version.

Next step

Use output version management for delivery, then consider saving a skill once the method is reliable.

Configure model, media, and connected services as needed. See each article for requirements.
