Inspect usage and control costs

Distinguish reported model usage, unknown records, and task cost estimates.

On this page

You configure the AI services used by Atlasnote Pro. Application usage records help explain task consumption; the provider's bill determines actual charges.

Screenshots show the Chinese application interface in a Test environment with example data.

Inspect usage

  1. Run a task, then open Usage in Settings.
  2. Group by day, source, scope, or model.
  3. Inspect input, output, cache hits, and calls without reported usage.
  4. Compare large amounts with the provider's bill.

Unreported usage is unknown rather than free. External Agents and media-service charges may not be fully represented here.

This new environment has no usage records yet. Complete a task with reported usage, then inspect it by group.

  1. 1Group usage by day, source, scope, or model.
  2. 2An empty state means no records; it does not replace the provider bill.

Initial empty usage view and grouping controls

This new environment has no usage records yet. Complete a task with reported usage, then inspect it by group.

Limit a task

Set main-model usage, estimated cost, or time limits in the task's stopping conditions. Cost estimates depend on the input, output, and cache prices supplied for that model.

Limits do not cover every auxiliary model or external service. One response can exceed the remaining allowance. Incomplete accounting can stop the task for review. See stopping conditions.

Automation usage

Check the daily model-call cap when creating a plan. Related research and Wiki work share this cap, counted by UTC day. Failed or interrupted requests also count. Follow the prompt to confirm resumption after reaching the limit.

This differs from the schedule's display time zone and the main-model cost estimate.

Next step

Try a small task before expanding source volume. For unexpected consumption, inspect task records and automation plans.

Configure model, media, and connected services as needed. See each article for requirements.
