Organize sources and folders

Use filters, folders, and project associations without confusing organization with file moves.

On this page

Locate material with Library filters and search, then decide whether to associate it with a project, organize folders, or ask an Agent to handle a batch.

Screenshots show the Chinese application interface in a Test environment with example data.

Organize manually

  1. Filter by title or type, then open a source to confirm its content.
  2. Use the item's project action to associate it with an existing project.
  3. Browse Folders to inspect file locations, distinguishing library content from external directories.
  4. Return to the project or source list to verify the result.

A project association is not the same as a file location. Adding something to a project does not necessarily move its original file. An external directory also does not automatically become freely editable library content.

The Library contains one test source. After importing, open the source and confirm its text is readable.

  1. 1Use the add button to import a link, file, or note.
  2. 2Find sources with the text filter or type tabs.
  3. 3Open the source by selecting its row.

Find material to organize using source filters

The Library contains one test source. After importing, open the source and confirm its text is readable.

Ask an Agent to organize associations

Select whole sources or specific library files and request additions to, or removals from, existing projects or favorites. Review the listed files and association changes before approving. The current batch limit is 200 files.

These operations retain source text and file locations. Search-only or passage-only permission does not authorize organizing whole sources.

Restore an organization change

Keep the recovery receipt produced after applying changes. Inspect the preview again when restoring. If sources or associations have changed since then, the previous preview can become invalid rather than overwrite later edits.

Back up before substantial file organization. Describe file moves, project associations, and Wiki updates as distinct operations.

Next step

Create a project, or use selected material in Wiki.

Configure model, media, and connected services as needed. See each article for requirements.
