What is Atlasnote Pro?
Atlasnote Pro is the Mac application developed by Atlasnote.ai for a local knowledge library, research, writing, and AI tasks. The current release requires macOS 15 or later and Apple Silicon. Where does Atlasnote Pro store my data?
Your library and saved outputs are stored on your Mac. When you authorize an external AI, search, or media service, the content needed for that task is sent to the service you configure. Local storage does not make external AI processing offline.
Does Atlasnote Pro sync between devices?
Atlasnote Pro does not currently include a built-in cloud sync service. Use the library backup and recovery tools before moving to another Mac, and follow the backup and migration instructions in the user guide.
Which AI services do I need?
Configure a supported model service or a compatible local model in Atlasnote Pro. Cloud API services require your own access and may charge separately; a chat subscription does not automatically include API access. Image, speech, and video tasks need the corresponding services.
What is the pricing policy?
Atlasnote Pro does not include cloud AI credits. Charges for external AI and media services are settled with your chosen providers. Briefs, articles, the tools directory, and the Skills directory are free as well. Online courses are paid: both individual courses and the eight-course bundle are one-time purchases with long-term access and no renewal. Every course and bundle price is published on the courses page and visible before you sign in.
Can I get a refund on a course?
Courses are digital content and count as delivered once your entitlement activates, so we do not offer no-reason refunds for “changed my mind” or “bought the wrong one” — please consider carefully before buying. We publish the complete chapter outline, real lesson count, and price before payment precisely so you can decide first. Problems on our side are still refunded: duplicate charges, payment that never activated an entitlement, content that materially differs from what we published, and courses we retire after you bought them.
