Yes. Atlasnote is local-first. Your data lives on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly sync it.

We use iCloud or local peer-to-peer sync to keep your devices in sync without storing your data on our cloud.
Do I need my own API key?
Yes. You need to provide your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) to use AI features. This ensures you have full control and privacy.
