Meet Atlasnote Pro

Understand how local sources, the AI workspace, projects, Wiki, and outputs fit together.

On this page

Atlasnote Pro combines a local knowledge library with an AI workspace. Collect and read sources, then ask AI to help with research, writing, or file tasks using those materials.

Follow one complete workflow

Save an article → read and select the source → ask a specific question → check the evidence → save an output you can refine. Add projects, Wiki, skills, and automation when you need to repeat or extend that work.

Understand five concepts

NamePurpose
LibraryStore webpages, files, and source material for reading, retrieval, and citations.
AI workspaceStart and continue conversations, follow task progress, and inspect results.
ProjectOrganize sources and tasks around a piece of work.
WikiTurn sources into knowledge pages with evidence and ongoing maintenance.
OutputA document, media item, or other file produced by a task; check its content and save status.

The Library keeps original material; Wiki organizes knowledge. Adding a source to a project or Wiki does not mean the original file has moved or a knowledge page has finished updating.

What you need

The current desktop release supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 15 or later. Register with an email address, invitation code, and password. Configure your own AI and media services; cloud AI credits are not included.

Sources and outputs are stored locally. When you use an external model, relevant content is sent to that service according to the task authorization. Local storage does not mean every processing step runs on your device.

Next step

Start with installation and registration, or complete your first task if you have already configured a model.

Configure model, media, and connected services as needed. See each article for requirements.
