What you get
Eight skills with one job each; people trigger the hand-offs, never an automatic march to release.
Waza: Eight Engineering Habits, Split by Stage
Added 2026-08-08Eight compact skills cover planning, UI, debugging, review, reading, writing, research and agent health. Each has one trigger and one stopping point, ready for Codex, Claude Code and other hosts.

Waza deliberately avoids automatic orchestration. /think and /ui design; /hunt and /check solve and verify; /read and /write handle expression; /learn and /health cover research and maintenance. You trigger every hand-off yourself, so a planning request cannot quietly run all the way to release. The repository supports npx skills, native Claude and Codex plugins, and a Claude Desktop archive. Its statusline and language-coaching rules are optional extras, not prerequisites. The author says the playbooks were refined through more than 300 real sessions across seven projects.
