Shuohao Skills: A Five-Stage Novel-to-AI-Drama Pipeline

novel-outline first converges episode count, cast, payoff beats, episode synopses, and the asset list. novel-characters and novel-art then lock appearance, voice, environments, lighting states, and narrative props for cross-episode consistency. novel-script writes each episode as scenes with action beats alternating with dialogue and estimates duration from speaking speed. novel-storyboard finally divides the script into generation segments of no more than 15 seconds, cuts of 2–5 seconds, and keyframes pinned to cut points, then exports aligned MiniMax H3 prompts and a production pack. The outline owns structure; script, scenes, and characters iterate together; the storyboard translates settled decisions into shots instead of inventing new ones at the end. The five reports can be assembled into one navigable page, and every skill includes deterministic quality gates plus a self-test that never calls a model. The scripts require Node 18 or newer, no npm dependencies, and no separate API key. Codex image generation is optional for model sheets and storyboard frames. The Apache-2.0 project is currently Chinese-first.
