The photograph remains real, and every important abstract mark traces back to something visible in it.
Photo Abstract Editorial: Photograph and Memory Panel
Added 2026-08-20Keep the source photograph intact—no filter and no redraw—then derive a restrained abstract panel from its spatial rhythm and colour relationships, finished with a two-to-five-word English title.

The workflow first identifies three to six decisive facts in the photograph: relative position, scale, axes, overlap, depth, light and negative space. The original stays in the upper or principal area with only proportional scaling or a slight crop. A continuous ivory panel below reconstructs those facts with one primary mark family and at most two supporting families, using colours extracted only from the photograph. The two areas meet directly, with no frame, shadow, tape or collage effect. People reduce to short vertical marks or tapered blocks, while landmark architecture keeps no more than one to three identity cues.
