git-story-film: Turn Git History into an Animated Film
Added 2026-10-04Turn real commits, releases, and reverts into a roughly two-minute hand-drawn product story. Review the outline, cast, storyboard, and browser preview before exporting a 4K/60fps MP4.

Copy the complete skills/git-story-film folder from Raven into ~/.claude/skills/ or your project’s .claude/skills/, keeping its engine, scripts, and examples. Start with /git-story-film followed by a repository URL. Seven stages cover story direction, character design, the full outline, a 30-second storyboard, animation, Studio review, and final rendering; each waits for approval. Claims should trace back to commit hashes, dates, and counts. Requires Node 22+, Google Chrome, ffmpeg, and Python 3.8+. Captions tell the story over a synthesized score; recorded narration is not included. A 128-second Raven example and Chinese source variants provide a starting point. The image on this page is a frame from that example. Stars belong to the full Raven repository; the skill has no separate declared version.
